It is a warm, cosy comfortable holiday let. It was so quiet. The view from the kitchen is gorgeous and every morning I would have my coffee looking out of the window. It is very homely due to the decoration and furnishings. We spent a few evenings in just watching telly because we felt just so comfortable in the property. Everything we needed was provided including tin foil , pizza cutter, hairdryer etc ....We felt as if we could live there permanently. I highly recommend staying in this holiday let xx

The cottage on first impression, was excellent, well equipped, decent kitchen ware & utensils, an issue in some properties, but not here. The cottage is well maintained & clean, although, I should mention, the faucet on the kitchen sink kept coming loose, I tightened it several times, but only finger tight as there was no tool to tighten it properly, other than this, there were no issues. The view across to the northwestern fells & toward Skiddaw/Latrigg, is fantastic, especially from the lovely patio, (amazing garden). With easy access to Keswick town centre & it's excellent resraurants & shops, we couldn't be in a better location. We've stayed in many holiday cottages over many years, 99.5% of their owners provide a welcome pack, ie, pint of milk in the fridge, small loaf of bread, bottle of wine, etc, it's a nice touch to holiday renters initial welcome, this, of course is just a suggestion.

The view of Keswick from the back garden was excellent. My only complaint would be the steep walk up to the property. However what can you expect at Keswick,, The walk was well worth it Les Beattie
