The bathroom completes the interior, housing a hand-held shower with an additional shower over to suit your preferences. Spend some of your leisure time relaxing in the small enclosed courtyard outdoors which boasts a barbecue and furniture, or enjoy the shared garden with its views across the river. Wander into the village, where caving, abseiling and a high wire rope course are on offer for the more adventurous, whilst golf, kayaking and canoeing are a leisurely activity in this unspoilt area. Visit the town of Ross-on-Wye with its timbered Tudor houses and delightful riverside walks, whilst just a little further afield lies the unspoilt Malvern Hills, Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons National Park. The quaint village of Symonds Yat stands on the banks of the River Wye, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the wonderful Wye Valley, and borders the Royal Forest of Dean. The famous Goodrich Castle is situated within the village. Nestling amidst the village’s houses are the village hall, shop and two pubs serving good food. Close by, overlooking a large loop in the River Wye, is the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye, in the heart of rural Herefordshire.
