More than just a glamping site, Drovers Rest offers a truly unique, lavish farm stay experience. West Winds is a fantastic tent which offers spacious sleeping configuration, a cast iron double bed and a separate twin room perfect for families or friends sharing. Gather around the log fire in the evening, guaranteed to make the camping experience snug right throughout the night!

Get creative and cook up your meals on the BBQ outside, or if you prefer a night off there are three themed dinner evenings throughout the week – a great chance to meet your neighbours and relax. Choose from pizza, BBQ or curry night! Round off the evening in the honesty bar or indulge in a competition of table tennis. With a farm shop for daytime treats, and movie screenings you won’t be short of entertainment.

There are 5 tents on site, each sleeping 4 and these can be booked together for larger groups. Don’t forget well behaved dogs are welcome too.

Accommodation

West Winds Safari Tent: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and 1 private bathroom. Garden area - each tent has its own terrace and BBQ area. The grounds are wide ranging, open and shared.
Tent is all on one level and has canvas room dividers

Sitting room with seating for 4 and log burner, kitchen with fridge, gas stove and BBQ.

Master Bedroom (sleeps 2), Double bed and electric blankets provided.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2), twin bed bed and electric blankets provided.

A private shower room specifically for this tent is in a communal, heated converted stable block with a monsoon shower and WC.

Access to communal chill out barn with Sky TV, honesty bar, farm shop, games, cake and coffee, communal dining area. You can book up to 3 communal dinners a week ranging from pizza, BBQ and curry nights, please book before arrival.
