Fantastic place with all the amenities need for a relaxing break

The park is lovely and we had an apartment on the ground floor with our dog. It can be quite noisy from above though. The apartment was a really good size for us and didn’t feel cramped at all. The only negatives really were that the mirrors are all placed away from electric sockets so drying/styling hair is a challenge. Plus we had nice weather and the apartment was quite hot, which is okay during the day but uncomfortable at night. We didn’t feel like we could leave the patio doors open being on the ground floor and there are no windows you can leave open. We spent the days exploring the area and relaxed back at the site in the afternoons/evenings. It’s a lovely place to just relax and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Whitemead is a lovely relaxing place to visit any time of year. The apartment was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. It is very peaceful there.
