Dining Room: A large dining table seating 14 people (extra chairs from the breakfast room), open fireplace.

Sitting Room: sofas, armchairs and bean bags, TV with Freeview, a DVD player and open fireplace.

Snug: with sofa, leading to downstairs Bathroom.

Bathroom: with walk in shower, washbasin and WC.

Utility / Boot Room: (adjacent to breakfast room but outside access) with washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer and Belfast sink.

There are also 2 small pony stables (Please enquire if you require stabling) which can also be used as kennels. 

A small stream runs through the adjoining paddock and can be accessed from the garden (Parents please be aware).

Table tennis available in an outbuilding.

Plenty of off street parking available, including covered car parking spaces.
