Only thing you would put on your wish list is a larger Tv

We had a lovely time although the rubbish really got on our nerves and the site manager Andrea made things feel really difficult , no attempt to resolve our complaint. She sent some one along to move it a couple of cm and even he said it was shocking and terrible customer service. After reading several reviews I can see we aren’t the only one to report a problem with the managers attitude.
