Snaptrip says

Hoodgill Barn is highly praised for its stunning location, cleanliness, and welcoming host. Guests enjoyed the beautiful views, peaceful setting, and the hot tub. The property is well-equipped and comfortable, providing a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. While there were minor suggestions for improvements, the overall experience was memorable and guests are keen to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests found the cottage to be very clean, with several reviews specifically mentioning the cleanliness as a positive aspect. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

The location is consistently described as beautiful and peaceful, close to pretty villages and stunning natural attractions. The views and proximity to walking routes contribute to the high score.

Guests found the cottage to be warm, comfortable, and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for groups. A few comments about limited lounge areas for larger parties slightly affect the score.

Facilities like the hot tub were highly appreciated, and the property was well-equipped. However, some guests mentioned a lack of crockery and issues with the hot tub jets, which suggests room for improvement in maintenance.

While some guests mentioned a welcome hamper and the provision of milk and tea, there were not enough references to consistently assess the level of thoughtfulness across all stays. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that such amenities will be provided.
