Itâs very quiet and a short trip to the shops and easy to get to off the motorway. Theyâre also a great village pub a short walk away. We will be back in the new year

The building is modern and was very clean with good on-site secure parking. The location was very convenient for access to Durham and the wider coastal area. The owners were both welcoming and hospitable (with some tips on good local pubs and amenities) - and on leaving gave us some home grown vegetables to take away, which we very much enjoyed on our return home.
