Completely refurnished in 2017, the property is freshly decorated in a pleasant palette of neutral colours with copper accessories and featuring a private hot tub.  Step out the front door of Sandcastles and in less than a couple of minute's stroll you will reach Weymouth's famous and award winning sandy beach. With shallow waters that entice bathers and those just wishing to dip their toes in the refreshing water the beach has a traditional feel with donkey rides, Punch and Judy shows and ice creams. The town is adjacent to the beach and has a good selection of well-known high street brands and little lanes housing charming independent shops. Eating out in Weymouth is a pleasure and encompasses choices such as fine harbourside dining featuring freshly dived scallops and local seafood to fish and chips enjoyed on the harbourside with the gulls circling and signalling vociferously their interest in sharing your meal.  Discovering other gems in South Dorset is an easy ride away and you may wish to visit Durdle Door and Lulworth, or Chesil beach and West Bay. Sandcastles is a great choice for larger families or friends holidaying together, or for those who relish a spacious airy holiday home just moments from the beach.

Stairs to first floor.  Bedroom 1, double bed with ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet.  Bedroom 2, bunk beds with ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. Family bathroom with free standing bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. Stairs to second floor.  Bedroom 3, Family bedroom with double with single day bed.  Bedroom 4, twin single beds. Shower room with large shower, hand basin and toilet.

Additional services: WiFi. Gas central heating. Dishwasher, washing machine. tumble dryer. Fridge / freezer. Large flat screen TV.  Two off road parking spaces. There are an additional two on road car parking permits available by private payment with the owner at the property . There is a hot tub at the property available for guests to use at their own risk subject to prior agreement with owner.  For your own health and safety there are guidelines available which you must read before using the hot tub.
