Old Malthouse Apartment in Weymouth is situated moments from the old harbour in a quiet lane, just by the town centre. Only a few minutes walk away is the long award winning beach spanning around 3 miles with fine sand at one end and pebbles at another. The apartment takes its name from the original use of the building as part of a malt warehouse and still retains many of the characteristics of the building such as solid stone walls which give the building a feeling of sturdiness. The lounge is light and bright and benefits from three large windows and the rest of the apartment has a modern nautical feel owing to the subtle decoration in shades of blue and cream. This property is excellently positioned to be in walking distance of most of Weymouth's attractions and restaurants and as such is the perfect property to stay in for a while. Whilst the beach and harbour is a short stroll away, venturing further there are many attractions worth visiting such as the highly regarded Monkey World and Portland Bill Lighthouse.

Lovely place everything a family could wish for on a holiday. Location wise is probably unbeatable 30 seconds to the harbour front 5 minute walk (if that) to the beach. My wife and I loved it and our children even more so. Stayed August 2018

The apartment was in tip top condition and had been fitted out with everything you could need. We were in a prime location just behind the harbour, so everything was on our doorstep.
