seasides was recently renovated to a high standard; it is a large Georgian townhouse ideally positioned between the beach and harbour in Weymouth.  From the front of seasides you have far reaching views of Weymouth Bay and the long, sandy beach.  From the rear of seasides you have views of the harbour, where you can watch visiting yachts and fishing boats passing by. Seasides has six large bedrooms, all with wonderful views and a bath or shower room; there is no "short straw" bedroom. The ground floor is dedicated to a large, comfortable open plan living area, which combines dining, cooking and relaxing. There is also a games room downstairs, for big or little kids! Hand-picked artwork adorns the walls of the rooms, which all have an individual theme and feel.  

It is perfectly located; you have many options on your doorstep; relaxing on the beach, walking, crabbing or sailing along the harbour, browsing boutique style shops in the lanes of the town and fine dining & pubs harbour side; all just a minute's walk away. Also close-by are The Jurassic Skyline Tower, Chesil Beach & the Jurassic Coast for walks, and Portland Bill for bird watchers and sailors. Exploring Dorset further, other attractions include Durdle Door, Monkey World, and The Tank Museum. However, with secure parking included at seasides, you may choose to leave your car for the duration of your stay.

Whichever way you spend your days, when you return to seasides, enjoy the magnificent views and comfortable, home-from-home accommodation.

Basement:

Second lounge / games room with table football, books & games. Large utility room. Boiler room. Cloakroom.

1st Floor:

Bedroom - Beach View 1; kingsize bed, ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. 

Bedroom - Harbour View 1; super kingsize bed, ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom - Beach View 2; kingsize 'half-tester' bed, ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. 

Bedroom - Harbour View 2; zip & link super kingsize bed or twin single beds (please specify your preference when booking), ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. 

3rd Floor:

Bedroom - Harbour View 3; double bed and single bed, shower room with shower, hand basin and toilet. 

Bedroom - Beach View 3; kingsize bed, bathroom with bath, rinse attachment, hand basin and toilet.

Services in addition to standard equipment: Wifi. Gas central heating. Washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 fridge / freezers.  Flat screen TVs, DVD.  Two cots and high chairs. Bed linen and towels included - please detail your requirements when booking.  Small external decked area with bistro tables and chairs. Parking for two small / one large car, measurements 4m length (when gates are in use) x 2m high x 4m depth.  One resident's on road zone parking permit provided.

The owners of Seasides require a £250 refundable security deposit payable on booking. This will be refunded subject to a satisfactory check out within two weeks of your departure. Please note that if you are booking online within eight weeks of your holiday date the refundable security deposit will need to be taken in a separate transaction from your online booking and we shall ring / email you regarding this.
