Crabbers Cottage is a very well presented character cottage which offers uninterrupted views across the harbour. The property has an airy spacious feel; with a through lounge / kitchen / diner on the ground floor and no doors at the top or bottom of either staircase meaning that each floor is open plan. As there are no doors between each bedroom/sleeping area, the property is most suitable for one family (there is of course a door to the bathroom). The impressive views mean that there is always something to observe from the windows of the cottage; Weymouth is an active fishing port but with more than its fair share of luxury yachts and cruisers. From the cottage you have a stunning view of the Town Bridge opening up to admit the yachts into and out of the inner marina. The fashionable Brewers Quay area with its restaurants and coffee houses is only a minute or two's walk from the cottage. After an early morning stroll for your newspaper you can sit on the edge of the quay and fish for your breakfast! Weymouth's award winning beach invites you to swim in the safe shallow waters and sunbathe on the golden sands. Watching the sun set over the Town Bridge from the magnificent lounge window makes for a dazzling end to a perfect day when you book a holiday at Crabbers.

Accommodation: Front door leading straight into: Sitting area/Diner/Kitchen with bi folding doors leading out onto courtyard with garden furniture. Slatted wooden stairs to first floor: Combined bedroom/lounge. Flatscreen TV. Single bed with pull out bed under. Views over the harbour. Door to bathroom: Bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet. Spiral staircase leading to 2nd floor (no door at the bottom or top of the stairs): Bedroom 1: Double bed with views over harbour.

Please note: This property may not suitable for children, elderly, infirm or with anyone with walking / mobility difficulties due to the open wooden slatted stair case from ground to first floor and spiral staircase to the second floor.
