Bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet. (please note that from 2018 bedroom 2 will be a twin single bedroom).

Gas central heating, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, large flat screen TV and DVD player, cd music system, Travel cot and highchair available.Off road allocated underground parking for ONE Vehicle only (size restriction of 1.8m high x 2.3cm wide and 5m length). A lift is available to the apartment. Linen and towels are included in the price. Please note: A £50 refundable deposit is required for remote control to operate parking gates to be paid in cash on arrival. As this property is centrally located adjacent to pubs / restaurants and a night club, the lively atmosphere of the area should be considered when booking this property.

The property is in the centre of Weymouth, close to the beach and the shops. The apartment has balconies which overlook the marina and harbour where you can sit and watch the boats go by. It is very well maintained, very clean, with underground parking, a lift to all floors and to top it all we had fantastic weather. Stayed June 2018
