Snuggle down in the main lounge on luxurious sofas, with an incredible under lit ceiling looking up to the chimneys, overlooking the patio and Brewers Quay pure indulgence. Whoop it up in the dining area seating 10, over looked by the gallery and supported by individual architectural features. Dream away in the conservatory, with its high beams and wide windows overlooking the patio. Enjoy an early morning coffee or begin the evening with a glass or two of wine on the patio: with its old church style windows, a quiet secluded paved area. The Oast House is a unique property, well sought after, with an arty feel, enhanced by its architecture and 2500 square feet of living space. This residence will provide a haven for any type of vacation or celebration. Seen from the harbour and surrounded by the coast, the fort and Brewers Quay (an array of local pubs, restaurants and history), this idyllic setting allows visitors to explore, relax or keep themselves entertained by local places and events.

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Step up to Bedroom 1, Master Bedroom, 6ft kingsize double bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower, hand basin and toilet. Step up to Bedroom 2, Family Bedroom, kingsize double and two single beds with ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 3, double bed. Centre bathroom with bath, separate shower, handbasin and toilet. Single step up from Porch area to Hallway. 1st floor: Bedroom 4, twin single beds. Cloakroom with hand basin and toilet. Large open plan split level shaker style kitchen. Dining area with stairs up to Minstrel Gallery with additional seating area and steps down to Stylish lounge with feature vaulted glass ceiling. Steps down to Conservatory with patio door access onto patio area with wooden benches, table and chairs.

Services in addition to standard equipment: Wifi. Gas central heating. Fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and DVD. SKY tv basic package. Off road allocated parking for three cars only in electronically gated secure residents parking area. Smoking allowed on patio area only. Cot available.     My family and I had a fantastic holiday in Weymouth. The property was perfect for our needs and within walking distance of everything . We did not use our cars at all. We appreciated all the bathrooms and 2 fridges with such a large number . My daughter found the family perfect for her family and we thought the other double could also be used as a family room . We are definitely going to book the Oast House again for our family holiday. Stayed July 2018.

    Great 2nd stay at the Oast House (1st was in May 2012). Everything was there that was needed. More than enough crockery / glassware etc etc. Also really appreciated the new Mediterranean style patio which was fully used during the good weather days. The conservatory is also a great space when multiple occupants are in the property. For a property this size, with the potential numbers of occupants, we think it would be useful to have a second set of keys available as standard on arrival. This has been the case when staying at Rowington and Admirals Quarter. We were fortunate to get a spare set of keys from the Dream Cottage office, which made it much easier when some occupants went out, and some stayed in. Again, really enjoyed our stay in a fantastic property. Stayed May 2018

    The property is very well located near the quayside in Weymouth, giving great access to the town and many local attractions. It was very clean and the bedding/towels provided were of a good standard. For 8 people this is a very spacious property, with a very good selection of communal rooms. Having been an Oast House (as it says on the tin!) this means the building has great character and is slightly quirky. All in all we had a great time, this being our second visit in the last year - stayed October 2016
