Cockleshell Lodge is your very own private holiday retreat, tucked away with it own secluded courtyard, and yet only a five minute walk from Weymouth beach, famed for its shallow waters and sandy expanse, perfect for a shoreline stroll. Adjacent to the beach is the Weymouth town centre where you can wander through charming lanes with boutique style shops or pick the main high street with favourites such as Marks and Spencer. Enjoy a cooling drink at a cafe opposite the beach or choose from one of the many dining options offering local fresh food and world cuisine. The harbour area offers many options for watching the boats go by and provides a beautiful backdrop for an evening stroll. This tranquil single storey lodge, all ground floor, with it's private parking and entrance provides a fabulous base for a couple or small family to get away and visit Weymouth and the surrounding area.
Accommodation: Lounge with dining area. Kitchen. Bedroom 1, double bed. Bedroom 2, twin single beds (2'6" wide). Shower room with hand basin and toilet.
Services in addition to standard equipment: WiFi. Gas central heating. Electric fire in lounge. Fridge, freezer, washing machine, flat screen TV. Travel cot. Small patio area. Welcome tea tray on arrival.
Allocated off road parking for one car. Linen and towels inclusive, please state requirements when booking.

What a fantastic week! The cottages was clean and well equipped, close to the beach and near two huge supermarkets. Our two boys (6 and 4 years old) had an amazing time, and as a family we will always remember this holiday in Weymouth! Stayed Augsut 2018

The cottage was in a perfect location for us, a few minutes walk to the sea front and town which meant we could leave the car parked and walk. Although not much to look at from the outside, when you went into the cottage it was quite roomy and very well maintained. We felt very comfortable in the cottage and did not have any problems all week. Stayed July 2018.
