Belmont is a holiday home with the most beautiful panoramic views of Newton's Cove. This small pebbly beach is favoured by locals and especially children who love to explore the rock pools. There are lovely coastal walks along to the old Nothe Fort and harbour. Sitting in the enclosed tiered garden is a pleasure as the views out to sea and the horizon are magnificent. The picturesque harbour is five minutes' walk away where you can watch the boats as they glide to and fro across the harbour and try your hand at fishing from the quayside. Weymouth's golden sands with their shallow waters are about a ten minute walk from the cottage. The views, location, spacious rooms and parking are all benefits of staying at Belmont which is a more basic 3 star standard property. Belmont is situated in a pedestrian only lane, but has a double garage for guests' use just a few minutes' walk away.
Accommodation: Ground Floor: Lounge/Kitchen/Dining room. Shower room, shower, hand basin and toilet. Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1, super kingsize bed. Bedroom 2, kingsize double bed. Bathroom, bath, hand basin and toilet. Stairs to second floor. Bedroom 3, kingsize double bed. Bedroom 4, twin single beds (one standard single and one 2'6" x 5'5").

Belmont is a beautiful property with fantastic sea views. A comfortable house, plenty of room with the added advantage of having a secure garage to lock up your car on arrival and be able to walk to nearly every sightseeing venue within Weymouth. Belmont is so close to the town, but without any noise pollution. Rock pooling for the kids on the doorstep as well as lovely walks. This is our second year renting Belmont and we aim next year to visit once again too! Statyed April 2018
