What a fantastic location for a self-catering holiday in Dorset at the beach - sweeping views of Weymouth Bay and the main Weymouth beach are just outside your apartment. With a wonderful vista from your lounge and bedrooms one and two this apartment has breath taking scenery. Immediately outside the property is the promenade and a walk here at any time of the day is a pleasure; in the early morning or out of season you can enjoy the quiet of the beach and hear the swell of the waves, on sunny days you can enjoy the atmosphere of happy families and in the evening as the sun goes down you can catch the last of the warning rays. The beach outside the property has shingle and sand and wide shallow waters, perfect for a paddle or swim. Just a minute's walk away is Lodmoor Country Park which covers 350 acres and encompasses a children's park, pub and restaurant, Sealife and mini golf. Weymouth offers a holiday for all ages and all tastes - sailing, windsurfing, cliff walks, bird watching, golden sands and a magical harbour. Gourmet restaurants, coffee houses and family eating venues are all nearby. Weymouth Bay Apartments are on the sought after quieter side of Weymouth close to Greenhill Gardens; it's only a 15 minutes level walk along the sea front to the town centre. A pretty garden to the back of the property has a lawned area with small patio and is shared with Weymouth Bay Apartment C. It's sunny (weather permitting) from lunch time until evening and is the perfect place to sit with a cool drink in the early evening.
Accommodation: Stone Stairs to first floor: Central dining room off of which all rooms are located. Large lounge with bay window both overlooking garden and out to beach and sea. Kitchen. Bathroom, bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 1, double bed and single bed, bay window and sea views. Bedroom 2 double bed with sea views. Bedroom 3, double bed.
Services in addition to standard equipment: WiFi, Washing machine, flat screen TV, One parking space only in a single garage 8ft 9 "wide x 7ft 2" high. Cot. Highchair. Bed linen inclusive, please state requirements when booking.
From November to end March - owner will offer a 10% discount (Christmas and New Year 15% discount), as guests will need to pay for their own electricity / heating via a coin metre. From April until end of Oct, electricity and heating is included in rental costs.

We had a lovely holiday in Weymouth. We could not fault the apartment it was spacious, very comfortable, very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the apartment was amazing and it was in a very good location. We would highly recommend these apartments. The owners were very helpful and friendly upon our arrival. This apartment will be top of our list to rent next time we holiday in Weymouth. Thank you for making our holiday a very memorable one. Stayed July 2018.

Absolutely fantastic holiday as usual. We've been coming to various Dream Cottages properties for 16 years and we always have a great time. We have had the pleasure of staying in the same apartment last year and this (and have booked for next year too!) and we can't fault it. The view is spectacular, everywhere is clean and tidy, and well equipped, the owners are fantastic and friendly. Plus we walked so much that I'm pretty sure we all went down a dress size! We all had an excellent holiday. The property was in an extremely good location with good quality amenities within walking distance. The property was clean and well equipped. The cooking facilities were good, and I really cannot fault the property it was ideal for us. The views from the property were stunning. The owner was very helpful, calling round when we arrived welcoming us and passing on relevant information. We would like to rent the property again at some point. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
