The minute you walked through the door of the Cottage 'Hartlebury End' it felt like home. The décor, the quality of the finish along with all the finishing touches and ornaments were second to none and a lovely touch. The flowers on the table were a lovely touch along with the starter kit and pint of milk in the fridge and the teabags on the side meant that a cuppa was on the go, before we'd even unpacked after the journey to Weymouth. The quality of the towels and bedding could be felt, no expense spared here. Having a proper TV was a bonus too; everything had been thought of and provided. The directions to the cottage took us straight to it, and although the parking was a little tricky the first time, we soon got the hang of it. We have a Vauxhall Zafira and that fitted in with a little room to spare. The cottage was perfect for all generations, and our teenagers loved the Wi-Fi, where as we loved the peacefulness of the garden and outdoor space. My mum, an OAP in her 70's appreciated the extra touches and the fact that everything that we might have needed was within walking distance; the beach, the shops, the harbour etc. We were so comfortable and at home that we could have stayed at the cottage, in the garden for the duration of our stay, we were most comfortable. Having access to the dishwasher and washing machine was a bonus, and although we didn't use the washer, as we only had a 3 night stay, knowing it was there if we needed it was great. There has been a lot of thought and expense put into this accommodation, and we thank Cate for that and wish her every success in her holiday letting adventure. We hope to holiday here again soon. The house has been beautifully restored - the decor is lovely with many personal touches. Everything you need is there and it is within walking distance of Weymouth which is great. Very highly recommended (but if you have a big car beware of the garage!) Stayed April 2017
