About this property

A delightful detached house situated in the village of Preston near Weymouth and the coast. This 2 storey large and spacious home is perfect for families looking to visit the surrounding Jurassic coastline. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are king-size doubles and the other a single, but with a bed that folds out into a double, meaning this house can sleep up to 6 people. Downstairs has a large living area with a gas coal-effect stove. The family can relax and unwind after a busy day and watch Freeview TV on the large flat screen. There is also a large kitchen space with all the necessary amenities, as well as a dining table for 6 people; a toilet and basin, a cloakroom and a utility room. Upstairs guests can find a bathroom complete with shower over, basin and WC. There is a small area outside the front which has room for parking, and out the back guests can find an enclosed green garden, offering space for children and pets to play. A short distance takes you to Sutton Poyntz which is possibly the prettiest village centre in Dorset and is home to some local shops and a pub, and slightly further afield you can find the centre of Preston. Being just a mile and a half from Weymouth, this property is perfectly located as a spot to explore the Jurassic coastline; which means there is the option to visit numerous towns and beaches all along the South coast of England. As well as the nearby Monkey World and Tank Museum. This house is a great holiday destination for families or groups of friends who want to escape to the beauty of the Southern coastline of England. You can do so with plenty of space for everyone and without sacrificing the comforts of home.

Preston offers a selection of shops and pubs, and is ideally located within one mile of the popular resort of Weymouth. With golden beaches, watersports facilities and a harbour, Weymouth has something for everyone.
