Village of Sutton Poyntz is lovely, very peaceful. Very close to the Springhead Pub which was very nice, people in the village were really friendly. Property is very spacious, dog friendly and ideally placed for most of Dorset

Very comfortable and s short walk to the pub. The shop took about 15 mins to walk to but well worth the walk.

windows (3) on first floor need replacing timber sections showing considerable signs of water penetration. Also inner cill in main bedroom needs elements replaced and painted to match. All external timber cladding, facias, and soffits to covered veranda in need of timber treatment to avoid replacement. other aspects- two tub chairs in lounge need their base cushions repacked or replacement of these items, otherwise furniture and fittings of very good quality, especially in the kitchen.
