    ...is not any feather pillows or covers on the bed, but my bed cover was feather and because of my allergies I was having bad reactions. Wilould he nice to rectify that issue when customer ask specifically not to have it. Submitted by Zlatko on 14/12/2016

    ...warned in Winter, there is no one at the gatehouse or in reception for the poll to book it with! E mailed Blue Chip but no response until we were leaving advising to book with reception. There is no reception. So could not use pool......which was main reason why we booked here Submitted by Denise on 07/12/2016
