This superb new holiday home, designed all on the same level is just on the fringe of Lyme Regis, a short drive from the popular beaches, shops and restaurants.  It's a great destination for a traditional seaside holiday. A perfect base from which to explore the whole World Heritage Coast of West Dorset and East Devon.  The house is located an easy stroll from the village pub too.  Hidden within this innovative cottage is a quirky mezzanine level with twin beds, a cosy and warming woodburner for the colder times of the year and a sheltered patio where you can enjoy sititng outside in the warmer season.  The nearby, unspoilt seaside town of Lyme Regis has many independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes to visit as well as a harbour and seafront promenade to explore. And  beyond this is Charmouth with its heritage centre and world famous fossil beach.

There are endless places to visit from the cottage.  Within 20 minutes’ drive away is West Bay, alternatively enjoy a day  trip to the lively market town of Bridport.

Accommodation:

Front door leads to Kitchen.  Kitchen with small extending dining table and accompanying chairs, fitted kitchen with fully integrated oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and tall fridge and freezer.  Lounge with dining table and chairs, two sofas and a tub chair, Flatscreen Smart TV and Woodburner with first accompanying basket of logs. Ground floor  Master Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6inch double bed, Daybed with 3ft single mattress and ensuite shower room with W.C. and washbasin.  Groundfloor shower room with W.C. and wash basin. Stairs from lounge to Mezzanine level Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft beds and security glass for safety.
