This is the perfect choice for those seeking a seaside apartment with all of the amenities of this unspoilt little coastal town right on the doorstep. The seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens are all just a stone's throw from the property. Jasper benefits from a modern, fitted kitchen and bathroom. The open plan living area, with large flat screen TV, enjoys some pleasant views and glimpses to the sea. There is allocated off road parking for one car (see details below) and wifi access is included.

Location

This holiday property is quietly located just behind the main shopping street in the heart of the unspoilt Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis. As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, the town includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for those looking for a traditional seaside break. There are a wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, a small theatre and a cinema. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliffe between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. For those planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town.

Layout

Self-contained apartment - second floor (access via a flight of internal steps from the parking area): Entrance hallway with space for coats and boots. Stairs to hallway leading to open plan living room with easy seating and large flat screen TV/DVD & iPod dock, dining table and kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, w.c.and utility cupboard with washer/dryer. A few steps up to: Bedroom with king size bed and TV. Outside: There is an allocated off-road parking space for one car - please note access to the parking area is through a narrow archway from the main shopping street, approximately 1.9m wide at the narrowest point (may not be suitable for some cars). If required the owners can offer an alternative parking space about 6 to 7 minutes walk from the apartment.  If required, there is plentiful safe public parking a few minutes' walk from the apartment.

Facilities and services

Central heating included. Bed linen and towels included. Please bring own beach towels. Limited space for one additional infant. Travel cot not supplied - please bring own if required. Wifi access included, but shared with the property below and may vary in speed and coverage.

Other information

Shops, pubs and beach within a minute's walk. Regret no pets. No smoking. Arrival 2.00pm - departure 10.00am. Arrival day for weekly bookings Saturday.
