This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.
Cosy mid-terrace two bed cottage nestled in the heart of Beaumont Village with a view across to Beaumont Lake and benefiting from an enclosed garden. This contemporary cottage has been furnished to a high standard and enjoys vaulted ceilings to the first floor and an open plan kitchen/living room on the ground floor with large glass bi-fold doors leading onto a sheltered private garden.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one single with truckle bed and one double with en-suite shower room. There is also a good sized family bathroom with shower over bath.
The property also benefits from a downstairs cloakroom, washer/dryer and a log burner. Use of communal BBQ which is about 25’ from the garden gate.
This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub’s facilities (subject to prior booking and availability) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with free access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay.
GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen
There is a large range of wood effect cupboards with built in appliances including single oven, four ring gas hob, built in microwave oven, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and contemporary white granite work surfaces. Very well equipped for four guests.
Lounge/Dining
The open plan kitchen/living room with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious light area to relax with your guests.
A dining table seats four guests comfortably. The lounge offers a three seater sofa and single high backed arm chair all surrounding the modern wood burning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings. There is a 40 inch smart TV with built in DVD player.
There is a cloakroom adjacent to the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR
Master bedroom – King sized bed with matching bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room with toilet. Patio doors lead to small balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake.
Twin bedroom – Full-sized single bed with truckle bed. Chest of drawers and built in storage. Door leads to a small balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake.
Family bathroom with shower over bath.
OUTSIDE
Ground floor bi-fold doors lead to a private garden with decked area and lawn. The property has outdoor seating for four guests with a private gate to the bottom of the garden leading onto the village green complete with communal BBQ and on towards Beaumont Lake. There is one allocated parking space close
ADDITIONAL
Underfloor ambient heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot, stairgates and highchairs provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. Wi-Fi included. One dog allowed to the ground floor only.
Spa use included.
As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
N.B Silverlake is part of an growing development. Although building works are now complete in Beaumont Village, landscaping works may be ongoing. For further information please contact a member of the team.
