The house is mostly double-glazed, smart and well renovated with old beams and doors; light and surprisingly spacious. Entrance hall, off which drawing room with open fire; on the other side of the small hall, living room with woodburner, TV/DVD. Dining room (refectory dining table seating 16) with doors to kitchen and living room. Smart fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas range-style double oven/7-ring cooker, breakfast table seating 6 in alcove, fridge) - long, easy to work in. Utility/drying room (washing machine, freezer, larder fridge). Downstairs bathroom (suite). Small office.

Stairs (stairgates) from the hall and kitchen up to very large landing/room with beanbags, TV/DVD - ideal for children. Off this, a double (5’ four-poster) with low doorway to en suite bathroom (suite, shower over bath); another double with en suite shower-room (suite); three twin, one with en suite shower-room (suite); and a small single. From this last room, very steep stairs up to another twin bedroom (not suitable for young children). Bathroom (suite). A second staircase leads up from the kitchen.

Five yards from the back door, a pretty little detached converted creamery with two bedrooms. Downstairs, a double with four-poster bed and en suite shower-room (suite); upstairs, via outside steps, another double with en suite bathroom (suite). 

Damages Deposit £200. Professional catering available. Good pub, two doors away. A fine house, with lovely pool, for jolly gatherings, with a good fossil-hunting beach within walking distance.
