Steps up to front door. Spacious utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) and shower-room (wet-room suite). Large farmhouse-style fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), with breakfast table/chairs for 4. Dining room with lots of room to entertain. Large comfortable living room with, at one end, large stone fireplace (woodburner), leather sofas, double sofa bed and TV/DVD and, at the other end, fun games area with compendium games table (pool table, table tennis, air hockey), darts and French windows to the garden. Upstairs, three bedrooms − a double and two twin, one with en suite shower-room (suite). Family bathroom (suite).

"Lots to see and do in the area with fantastic coastline and good walks. The property is well located with lovely views. It is far more spacious (especially downstairs) than the brochure suggests! The utility is great for the dog and to leave muddy items and the games table a real bonus. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend."
