The Beeches is a detached holiday cottage perfectly located for enjoying the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline which can be seen from the property. The property has a spacious living area boasting both a comfortable lounge and conservatory overlooking the enclosed garden. In the summer, The Beeches is the perfect place to enjoy `Pool Life' having an heated outside seasonally available swimming pool and sun loungers; there is no need to leave the property vicinity if you fancy a swim. However, as the nearest beach is a short walk (7 10 minutes) away, you have the option alternatively to paddle, beach comb or fossil hunt at Freshwater Beach. The Beeches is situated on the edge of the popular Dorset coastal village of Burton Bradstock which has two good pubs serving food (booking is recommended), a children's play park and a Spar supermarket / petrol garage. The historic popular Bridport Golf Club which has wonderful Jurassic coast views is just a short walk away and welcomes visitors to play its course. Around a mile away is the pretty harbour at West Bay and around three miles away is the market town of Bridport which has a good variety of independent and high street shops as well as an antiques street market and farmers market.

Services in addition to standard equipment: WiFi. Gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer. Flat screen TV with integrated DVD player. I pod dock. Ample gated off road parking outside The Beeches. The outdoor swimming pool will be open from the 27th May but will not be heated until 17th June through to the 31st August after this date it will be closed for use. Swimming pool is shared with owners and is unsupervised so is used at guests' own risk, the pool and the surrounding pool area hours are 10am to 4pm daily. Cot. Highchair. Bed linen and towels included. Parking is available for 2 cars only.
Note: For two week bookings, owners will provide an extra set of linen for guests.

Pool was a bonus as the weather was very hot this week. Always clean and ready for our use on request. Kitchen was fully equipped and property was generally clean and tidy - the bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. Stayed June 2018

Beautiful property. Just perfect for a holiday for a family with two bigger children and a new addition. Cottage was lovely and spacious with plenty of living space and two reasonable bedrooms. The swimming pool was a marvellous bonus and was used every morning. Stayed August 2017.
