Eype is located half a mile from the local shingle beach which is ideal for dog walking and taking in nature. The coastal walks are spectacular, but if you want to go a little further afield, Bridport is only 2 miles away and West Bay boasts a working harbour surrounded by cafes. This charming semi detached cottage is accessed via 10 stone steps leading up from the village lane. The property is entered through the small hall which then leads directly into a cosy lounge/diner. This space has a wealth of original features from the open fire and inglenook fireplace, to the feature bread oven and double window seats. The double aspect kitchen has a fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with original exposed wooden floors and there is also the family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
