Furrows Fields is a beautifully finished two bedroom lodge with spectacular countryside views. Set within the desirable Saxon Maybank lodge resort, this peaceful retreat is set in the perfect location if you are looking to get away from it all.
Inside, the open plan living, kitchen and dining area is wonderfully bright and enjoys glorious views over the beautiful nearby countryside. With decadent leather sofas and a log burner, this lodge is a wonderful place to get nice and cosy during the winter months.
Both bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard and make peaceful places to rest your head after a busy day exploring the local area. Free from road noise and set in a fairly secluded location, you’re sure to get a restful night’s sleep at Furrows Fields.
Outside, the lodge has its own terrace area complete with a table and chairs for outdoors dining, and a private hot tub, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the spectacular countryside views.
Saxon Maybank is set in a prime position for exploring all that Dorset has to offer. With Sherborne and Yeovil both within easy reach, you will find an array of shops and restaurants just a short drive away.

My wife booked this holiday,we have been here before with friends in the autumn,this time it was a getaway from work pressure and was excellent the weather superb,the peace and tranquility excellent.We would recommend this holiday to anyone needing to escape and relax,the accommodation was first class and as described,we will use Blue chip and most certainly recommend friends and family to the company

My husband and I booked a last minute, five day, break in this lodge. We were very impressed with the standard and quality of the whole place. It was light, spacious, comfortable and importantly in the winter, very warm. It is very well equipped, with everything you might need, for a self catering holiday. It is in a peaceful location and is private. The patio doors overlook fields and open countryside. The added bonus, was the hot tub, just outside the patio doors. A real treat at the end of the day. We had a minor hiccup, at the start of the holiday, but this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Rest assured, that if there is any problem, it will be dealt with efficiently. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful location, in a comfortable and high quality property, to get away from it all, then this is for you. We will definitely be returning here, when we want to get away from it all.
