This is an ideal holiday spot for people who enjoy visiting attractive beaches and market towns with their quaint buildings, antique fairs and market days. The cottage is thatched and tastefully furnished with low ceilings and oak beams. Within the grounds the owners have installed a nature area which includes a large fenced pond. The cottage has its own patio with BBQ and patio furniture to catch the evening sun. There are also garden areas and a children's play area shared with Dairy House's sister cottage, Lovers Knot. Holidaymakers staying at Dairy House Cottage will have the advantage of a choice of lovely beaches stretching along the Dorset coast all within easy striking distance. The Countryman Inn is a five minute walk away and offers a warm welcome and very good food.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Bedroom 1, twin single beds or super kingsize double bed, shower ensuite. Large lounge/dining room. Kitchen. 1st floor: Bedroom 2, double bed, hand basin. Bedroom 3, twin single beds. Bathroom with bath/shower over, hand basin and toilet. Fold out portable 'Z' bed.

The property was very good, clean and homely. We stayed there last year and we enjoyed our holiday again this year. The grandchildren enjoyed playing in the garden with the goal posts and games room. We all felt very comfortable in the property and it was a good base to travel and discover Dorset. Stayed August 2015
