As mentioned before blood stained bedding and a finger nail ( fake extension nail ) in the bathroom, living room blinds didn’t work so constantly had to have them open which for privacy wasn’t great. Restaurant was awful! Waited over an hour for our meal and when asked kept being told 5 mins, when we eventually got the manager to come over and we asked where our meal was he asked us what we thought the delay was? Seemed very unprofessional to be asking the customer why we thought our meal was so late? Not helpful at all and didn’t even offer any money off the bill or complimentary drinks. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us who were extremely hungry and we didn’t end up getting our meal until 1 hour 20mins after ordering. Also waiting 20 mins in line to order a drink isn’t great either. If you need a drink mid meal your food is cold by the time you get back to your table, you need a better system at the bar or table service. And no the app didn’t work, it wasn’t working most of the week!

The veranda was dirty and covered in leaves, probably because we were under a very large tree. There was no sun at all, all day.There was plenty of cobwebs in all rooms, but all in all the accommodation inside was very good. We did not use the restaurant so cannot comment.
