Quay Corner is a three storey, Grade II listed townhouse ideally situated in the historic centre of Christchurch, just a minute's walk from the town centre and next to the famous Priory. This comfortable house is the perfect location for a large family or gathering and an ideal base from which to explore Christchurch and the harbour, Mudeford, Bournemouth, and the New Forest, and with all the facilities you could wish within a very short walk.

Quay Corner can accommodate up to ten people. On the ground floor a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room seating ten with patio doors leading to the rear enclosed garden and a separate sitting room which can comfortably seat ten. The bedrooms are spilt over the first and second floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms one of which is en-suite and a third bedroom with two 3' singles and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower wet room. On the second floor there is a twin room with two 3' single beds and a double bedroom. To the rear of the property there is a patio area with seating for ten guests and an enclosed area of the garden. There is off street parking for four vehicles.

Christchurch is the perfect location from which to delve into the south coast. Known for it's English heritage and bountiful of beaches ready to be explore. There is an abundance of activities, including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and on land there are a wealth of fun days out including two castles, guided tours, a range of coastal paths and much more family fun.
