You have separate access and parking with a gravelled path through a flower/shrub garden to a raised garden (unfenced, steps - caution). Paddock for walking dogs.
Inside, simple and sophisticated with limestone floors downstairs and wood upstairs. Large, light and airy open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with handcrafted cupboards, woodburner, TV/DVD/Blu-ray and glazed double doors both sides, one with balustrade and garden views, and one opening to the patio/garden with lovely long wooded rural views. From the living area, two flights of stairs (stairgates): one up to a gallery bedroom/den with twin beds (truckle), and one down to two more bedrooms – a double (5' bed, TV), and a twin (2'6" beds linkable to 5' double); bathroom (suite with roll-top bath and separate double shower); utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) with door to garden; small shower-room (suite). Sleeps maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Brilliantly done, much recommended and close to good cycle routes and paths.

"The Barn is a fantastic holiday home, it is extremely well equipped and the furnishings and fittings of a high quality. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the utility room well appointed. The location is perfect for Dartmoor and the South Hams with Plymouth close by.The internet was easy to contact to and very reliable. The cake on arrival was a lovely gesture and fresh milk in the fridge very welcome. Thank You. "
