The conversion has been done to a very high finish and the apartments are wonderfully light, hugely spacious and very comfortable. A trouble-free, relaxing and thoroughly modern place to stay in this interesting and thriving town.
The Wesley: stairs from communal hall to small lobby. Smartly fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob/electric oven) with granite worktops and granite-topped breakfast table seating 6. Huge living/dining room with beautiful original stained glass windows, vaulted ceiling adding to the sense of space and light, TV/DVD, MP3 player and dining table seating 10. Also on this level, two bedrooms – a double and one with two singles, both with original stained glass windows, and smart bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Stairs (stairgate) from hall up to huge mezzanine bedroom (fully glass-screened) with a 5’ double plus two single beds under the eaves and en suite shower-room (suite) with partly sloping ceiling. Outside, and a bit of a trek up steep steps, is a small piece of garden with great views over Tavistock towards Dartmoor.

"This is our third time staying at the Wesley - it has become our haven when we feel in need of a rest! The location is fantasic - you can walk into Tavistock in 5 minutes and being situated so close to Dartmoor is a distinct bonus! The property itself is spotless, richly furnished and simply stunning. The photos on the website are superb but can't begin to show the quality of the property."
