Surrounded by 17 acres of farmland with footpath leading to the open moor, this is a great base for walkers. To one side of the cottage, your own sloping and rough lawn with patio (table/chairs) and apple trees. Across the yard, an open-fronted barn with table tennis.
A gently sloping gravelled path with 7 steps leads around the house to the patio and front door. Inside, open-plan living/dining/kitchen with woodburner, TV/DVD and, along one wall, a compact kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric cooker). Two bedrooms – a double (5’ bed), and a single with limited clothes-hanging space. Smart shower-room (suite). A great base for exploring the moor and visiting Plymouth and Cornwall beyond.
