On the middle floor, large open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, larder fridge) with woodburner, TV/DVD and large glazed door to outside; cloakroom with loo. Steep ladder stairs (unsuitable for small children) to another double bedroom (6’ zip-linked bed or twin) under the eaves with glazed end wall overlooking the living area, and pretty en suite shower-room (suite). Limited clothes-hanging space in bedrooms. Use of owners’ tumble drier.Spring water. A beautiful and original conversion in a wonderfully tranquil, timeless spot.
