From the kitchen, climb the stairs to find 2 elegant bedrooms. The master bedroom houses a double bed, with a large window overlooking views of the front. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed (suitable for children aged 12 and under), along with the same charming views. Completing this floor is the modern-style bathroom, comprising a shower over bath, basin and WC. The garden area of the property comprises a small gravelled area with seating. The cottage is centrally located and is a stone's throw from the bustling Winkleigh village square, meaning that the local pub and shops are a mere two-minute walk from home. For a taste of history you can visit Okehampton Castle or Museum of Dartmoor Life, located within just a 20-minute drive. For walking, you can't do better than visit the Dartmoor National Park where you will discover breath-taking views, wooded valleys with flowing rivers and miles of walks to suit all ages and abilities. Home to the Dartmoor Ponies, this National Park offers peace and quiet and is a beautiful backdrop for your holiday to Devon. Winkleigh is a small rural village located in Devon. It homes two pubs which offers traditional Winkleigh Cider Company. Further afield is the impressive Dartmoor National Park with miles of walks, breath-taking views and home of the famous Dartmoor ponies.
