Sea Side at Nassau Court with its unique position benefits from one of the most spectacular sea views in the South West. With a furnished balcony spanning the length of the apartment, you can eat al fresco and drink in the fantastic views looking out over rugged North Devon and its beautiful beaches. Life can take a backseat and allow relaxation of the body and rejuvenation of the mind when you stay here.

An open plan kitchen and living area greet your arrival in this beautifuly bright apartment, flooded with natural light provided by the patio doors in both the living room and in the bedroom allowing access to the balcony from both rooms with views out to Lundy Island.

 

You’ll find  a modern kitchen, complete with all mod cons and plenty of space to relax in the living room after a day exploring all that North Devon has to offer, and breathing in that invigorating sea air. The bedrooms are equally inviting, with a king size bed in the master, zip and link beds which can be made up as a double and a third bedroom with a single and pull out bed.

 

Take a glass of something cold outside and watch the beautiful sunsets over the horizon in the summer, or in the winter you can curl up inside on the sofa and watch the ocean waves roll onto the beach and for the keen walkers there are plenty of trails to blaze and memories to be made.

 

Please note:  This is a strictly NON -Smoking property. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises, which includes the balcony or within the grounds.
To maintain a family friendly environment, the owners do not accept bookings from stag or hen parties. Additionally they do not accept bookings from those under the age of 21.

    ...to die for would not stay there again as no sunshine.... we knew the ventilation was bound to be a problem for the 2 back rooms but it really isn't any fun sleeping in either of them. king size bed issue already brought to your attention during our stay. would reiterate that with other holiday rental companies in the area King Size has meant 6 foot minimum in width.... few notes for owner on next page...
