Ideal for walkers and cyclists with easy access to the Tarka Trail providing miles of footpaths and cycle ways and forming part of the Devon Coast to Coast Cycle Route.  This pet friendly cottage is surrounded by its own fully enclosed gardens and has been recently refurbished to provide a beautifully furnished home from home. Full of original character the cottage offers a large beamed living room with rugs on stone floor and comfy sofas surrounding a large inglenook fireplace with woodburner and original bread oven.  A beamed dining room leads off to one side and a large kitchen/breakfast room to the other.  Steep stairs lead up to the first floor with four bedrooms each offering country views and a family bathroom.  An additional ground floor shower room adds to the facilities making the cottage perfect for couples or families.  Enclosed gardens, an adjoining paddock and a large ground floor utility area ideal for pet beds makes this cottage particularly good for bringing the four legged members of your family.  A games room within the grounds offers table football, darts and board games that will suit the younger members of the party whilst those wishing to take advantage of the great cycle tracks and some of the best surfing beaches in Devon will appreciate the secure storage for cycles and surf boards.
