Open plan stairs lead up to an attractive double bedroom and compact, good quality shower room. The cottage has its own adjoining private patio area and a large shared decked patio and lawned area adjoining the large indoor swimming pool (heated April to September).

I've lost count of the number of times I've stayed at this property & the one next door. It's perfectly situated for both cycling and walking - with relatively easy access to the Cornish coast, north Dartmoor (Okehampton is just 25 minutes by car and now you can catch the train to Exeter for the day - just over £8 day return) and north Devon, especially the Tarka Trail cycle path. The cottage is small but well equipped and the owners are friendly and helpful.

Great cottage right in the middle of know where. Everything just like your own home with a beautiful cream tea and bottle of wine to great you Swimming pool was just what was needed after a day’s exploring Would definitely recommend and stay again
