Set close to the Quayside and a choice of individual shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the picturesque fishing village of Appledore, the property has a contemporary feel, but also very homely. The front door opens directly into a spacious living room with comfy seating, large window and white ceiling creating a light and airy atmosphere. The kitchen/dining area is open plan, with additional breakfast bar over looking the living area. Stairs lead to the first floor landing, where there are 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single, the family bathroom is also on this level. Off the kitchen there is a stable door leading to a small narrow outdoor space which has a half table with two chairs, a nice place to relax and get a bit of fresh sea air!
