Lovely property opposite the water. It had everything you needed and was spotless. We had a lovely stay. If you want to use the beach check the water quality…signage in Instow said it’s unlikely to meet regulations for bathing, and didn’t when we were there. Parking was a real asset. We had a lovely holiday, but our SUPs were taken home unused!

Linwood is perfectly located on the Instow waterfront and is ideal for a multi-generation family holiday, with a short walk to beach, pubs, restaurants and John’s Deli.

Linwood was everything we could wish for. The location is great and the house is big enough for 8 adults without being on top of each other. We can only recommend the place!
