In the picturesque fishing village of Appledore and close to all village amenties. This former fishermans cottage offers a warm welcome and a great base to explore North Devon.
Nestling in one of the oldest streets of this picturesque village and surrounded by colour washed cottages this delightful former fishermans cottage offers a warm welcome. With a double and single bedroom this is an ideal base for couples, friends or small family groups. Two character pubs are close by serving excellent food and the cottage is within a short walk of the quay, which offers delightful views across the estuary to Instow, and further pubs, restaurants, shops and art studios, all scattered among the narrow cobbled streets of this ancient village. Fishing trips and fresh fish are frequently available on the quay. The surf washed sands of Westward Ho! with its famous golf course, the indoor leisure centre at Northam and the historic port town of Bideford are all within five minutes drive.

Mr Sigsworth
We have stayed in several properties in Appledore and this one surpasses the others. For a tiny cottage it is like a Tardis and offers plenty of space, it was spotless and very comfortable. Every chance of us staying here again>
Mr Worrall
We found the cottage had everything we needed for a week's break. It had lots of character and charm and we especially liked the courtyard garden, even though we weren't that lucky with the weather. It was well located for a quick stroll to the shops and cafés and would definitely recommend it. Appledore is such a delightful place to be based.
Mr James
The location of this property was ideal for us and our small dog well equipped and very comfortable we will definitely book to come again
