This lovely first floor apartment is located just paces from the beach, in the heart of the bustling seaside town of Teignmouth. With the green, prom and town centre offering a good selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants all within a very short walk, this is an excellent property for couples or friends. Take a stroll along the sandy beach backed by the promenade and the famous Victorian pier or explore the good selection of restaurants and plenty of shops and cafes to enjoy. Further afield there's a host of good attractions; take the steam train from Paignton to Kingswear and then on to historic Dartmouth by ferry, visit Paignton Zoo, walk the coastal path and of course there are some of the best beaches in the region. Teignmouth is brilliantly located for seeing some of the best of the West country, and you're assured of a memorable holiday here at Sea Aster.
The historic, seaside town of Teignmouth is situated in South Devon on the mouth of the Teign estuary and boasts a working harbour, sandy beach, Victorian pier, sailing club, diving centre and sea activity centre. The seaward side of the town is known as ‘the Den’ and has elegant Georgian buildings, a large public area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a miniature lighthouse. On the opposite side of Teignmouth are fishing boats and beach huts, plus views of the village of Shaldon and the hills of Dartmoor can be seen. Teignmouth also hosts folk and jazz festivals each year, whilst both the town and Shaldon hold annual carnivals and water regattas. If you decide to venture further afield, there is plenty to see and do close to Teignmouth including; the stunning Dartmoor National Park, the city of Exeter, plus the nearby harbour towns are well worth exploring.

Clean. Very well equipped -it had everything I needed. Excellent location. Situated in the middle of everything. A short walk to the seafront shops and back beach. I would definitely recommend. I had a lovely stay.

The addition of cost hooks on doors would be useful too. Long stay parking for the week was available at the train station where you can pay via the Apcoa Connect App.

I thought it needed a small shelf in the bathroom. We were very uncomfortable in the heat in the living room., it Does need some blackout blinds with the shutters like in the bedroom. Between 4pm and 9pm it really was unpleasant. It was extremely clean and we had a good holiday. The owner was very helpful with the parking information.Thank you. Andy/Anne
