On the first floor, three bedrooms – a pretty double (bed accessed from one side only), and bathroom (suite with separate shower); 3 steps up to super, nautically-themed room with two sets of 3’ bunks (no clothes-hanging space), and the large master double (5’ bed, TV) with en suite shower-room (suite) and long views across rooftops to the promenade and pier.  

Stairs up again to second floor and two more spacious bedrooms, both with original fireplaces (ornamental) – a double (5’ft bed) with sea views over rooftops, and a twin. Shower room (suite). 

Loading/unloading immediately outside; public car park, 200 yards (two permits provided). A stunning house, furnished to a very high standard, within walking distance of the beach, outdoor lido and town centre which offers a wonderful selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
