About this property

A spacious luxury lodge, with private hot tub, offering woodland and lakeside viewsA spacious luxury lodge, with private hot tub, offering woodland and lakeside views

New in 2013, Willow Lodge at South View Lodges is set within six acres of beautifully landscaped woodland and lakes, providing the perfect location to relax and unwind, whilst enjoying the wonderful rolling Devonshire countryside. Situated at the end of its own private drive, there is complete privacy from neighbouring guests with no other accommodation within sight.

Willow Lodge offers an ultra stylish and spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a traditional log burning stove, a modern fitted kitchen with granite work tops and state of the art appliances.  The large decking area is furnished with a table, chairs and private hot tub, creating the ideal opportunity for making the most of the great outdoors.

South View Lodges are located on the edge of three beautiful fishing lakes so would be ideal for keen or beginner anglers (a small charge will apply). Surrounding the lakes are a variety of established trees and natural vegetation, creating a haven for many species of plants, birds and wildlife and offering a delightful place to relax. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the surrounding area too, whether it’s walking, cycling, rambling, golf, horseriding or sightseeing.

The beautiful City of Exeter is located just a few miles away and provides excellent social and cultural attractions including the Royal Albert Memorial Museum. For visitors in search of some retail therapy then Exeter is the place to be, catering for all your shopping demands. Whilst there pay a visit to the impressive Exeter Cathedral or stroll along the picturesque quay, home to an array of antique shops and waterside cafes.
Please note this property can accept infants up to the age of two and children over the age of 14. One child over the age of 10 may be accepted with prior agreement, please call to enquire.

Works to build new lodges will be ongoing next to the lodge from October 2016 until April 2017. These works will be taking place from Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm and may cause some disruption.

Current mid week discounted rates are to reflect any disruption that may be caused by building works.

... Absolutely loved the hot tub! Beautiful setting too. The lodge itself was definitely 5★ luxury. We had everything we needed. The owners made us feel very welcome. The lakes are amazing. Submitted by James on 21/10/2015

...beautiful home from home. We had a very warm welcome from hosts Jill and Andrew, with a lovely sample of Jill's homemade cupcakes waiting for us... Mmmmmm! The hot tub was well used, twice a day!! The lodge was peaceful and relaxing with the songs of birds in the woods to sit and listen to in the evening twilight. There are so many super places to visit around Devon, a must is 'Powderham Castle' and 'A La Ronde'. We all had the most wonderful holiday and will definitely return again.
