Dating back to 1850, the cottage was originally an agricultural stable which has now been beautifully converted into stylish holiday accommodation. The cottage is light, airy and filled with thoughtful touches. On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living room with wood burning stove and handsome beamed ceilings. There is a smart, country style kitchen/diner and utility room with all mod cons. On the first floor are two very pretty bedrooms, a large double with a lovely outlook over a nearby babbling brook and an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. To the front of the cottage is your own sunny, enclosed garden with private parking. Here you can while away the warm summer evenings surrounded by the gentle sounds of the surrounding countryside.

Stokeinteignhead is a village in a valley near the south Devon coast. Filled with thatched cottages, the narrow streets house a pub, a shop, school and church. Nearby, Shaldon is a fishing village at the mouth of the River Teign, known for its cockles, mussels and salmon. With cottages, individual shops and narrow streets with cafés, Shaldon isa place to relax by the sea. Children love the beaches through Smuggler’s Tunnel, and adults and children will enjoy the botanical gardens and zoo, followed by a Devon cream tea. The Ness headland rises above the estuary, guarding the waters between Shaldon and Teignmouth, offering stunning views.
