Perfect family holiday 3 bedroom apartment based in Dawlish Warren in the South Devon Coast, enjoy short walks to the beach and easy commuting distance to Dawlish town.

Apartment 2 is located in one of the top UK seaside towns called Dawlish Warren, it boats sandy beaches and immerse yourself on an adventure in and amongst the sand dunes, dive into the rock pools or relax on the beach with a good book. There is something to do for everyone. Apartment 2 is also within close proximity of The Mount Pleasant Inn, The Anchor Inn (known for their seafood) and local village shops. Dawlish is the next town on from Dawlish Warren, take a visit to the famous Black Swans, eat ice cream and shop in the local bakery. Goodies all around.

Outside: Patio provided, this is not enclosed and area is also communal. 

Parking: 1 Car Park Space Available with the Apartment, please be aware this is on a first come first serve basis. 

Child and Baby Friendly: Please bring your own equipment. 

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity is included in the rental price. No Smoking. Bed linen and towels provided. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes:  No Smoking. No Pets. Mobile Phone Signal is Patchy. This property is child friendly however, please bring your own equipment. 1 car park space is available, please be aware the parking is on a first come first serve basis.
