The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway, whilst the Blue Flag Beach at Dawlish Warren is only a couple of miles away.

...15 years but not since 2009. Blue Chip properties have always been a very high standard unfortunately I have to say that this one was very average. There are no parking facilities which is quite costly on a daily basis. The apartment felt very much like a retirement residence and it was not as clean as other Blue chip properties we have stayed in. There was also no Wifi something which these days is a must. ...fabulous time at Richmond house so close to all amenities shaldon Teignmouth. cockwood. and of course the beach..the flat was so well equipped and clean.we had a great time and will be back again next year. Submitted by John on 12/06/2016
