This cottage is set in a quiet, secluded area outside the village of Luton, that boasts fantastic scenery and the family friendly village pub the Elizabethan Inn which won Taste of the West gold award 2016 and has its own Gelato ice cream maker. Nearby are the sandy beaches of Teignmouth and Shaldon, and Dawlish Warren with its sand dunes and Nature & Wildlife Reserve. The Dartmoor National Park, Newton Abbot, Torbay and Exeter are all within 15 miles and offer different types of visits and attractions. The village is split by a stream that runs into the River Teign. Luton is surrounded by scenery as well as thatched buildings. Luton is home to a gastro-pub. There is the stunning St. John the Evangelist church as well as a riding centre and a homeware gift shop. There is also a cider farm. There is some excellent destinations nearby, all very popular with tourists and all with easy driving distance. There is a good range of destinations from the busy city of Exeter to the delightful Newton Abbott and Exmouth on the coast.
